Life on the "East" side

So I now reside in a new place....Turnberry. I've been here for about a month and there are some distinct things that I find unfamiliar and challenging in my new choice of residence. In comparison to the "west" side where I used to live...the "east" side, contrary to public opinion, is also full of friendly people who smile and say hi. I still have to park on the street sometimes if I don't get home before 8:30. This is when all the parking places are pretty much taken. It is hard to live with new people but I have come to the realization that this dilemma/issue is more me than them...they are nice folk especially my room roomy. I have found on the "east" side there are less sirens and kids running around in the street...but then on the flip side there are less sirens and less kids running in the street. It's weird some of the things you will or can miss....like the friendly cashiers at the Sev, or walking down your street and being the only white person, the familiar running routes, and the Mexi-mart. Emery and Utahna Drive will always hold a special place in my heart and the people who live there....but with Turnberry came change and a new stage of my life that I am excited for. Eastside....Westside it's all good:)
