Christmas night was the big night for our surprise retirement bash for the pappy. We were all more excited about that than christmas....and we were not disappointed!! We had a great program with my brothers dressing up as the Beegees singing "I gotta get a message to you" with the words changed to have it talk about the pops. Tina and Joe interviewed previous students...I wrote a poem...Matt and yvonne did a slideshow (great by the way)....and Dave did a nice "Keep Moving forward" presentation that kept us all laughing. Along with the amazing dinner and encore by the beegees it was a great night. Dad was surprised and us children felt good about putting on such a great performance.Thursday

I saw your parents in the temple this evening. I had no idea that your Dad was retiring! That is so great for them both. :)
I think your dad's going to need to come back out of retirement because, ever since he retired, it seems that your blog did too and I'd really love to hear from you! =0)
